Ordered wood for construction. Bought paint and a zinc roof ridge in Colono, Hone Creek.
Planning of next steps with electric and furniture construction works for Volunteers-kitchen, guesthouse etc.
Tour and briefing of the volunteers on the property. Machete training with the volunteers.
Started clearing up the building sites, sorting rubbish. Then made a fire. Selected three papaya trees and 1 jackfruit for planting.
Fruta de pan Area: Volunteer incorporated for shortening a Katuk hedge.
Foso de Serpiente Area: Compost cleared from bamboo and fallen tree. Started cutting down the tree and bamboo.
New compost Plant area: Did shifts with Hilti on the south wall of the old biogas plant every day, i.e., crushed concrete. We brought up all the concrete debris from Biogas plant to road. Dug out a big banana at the old Biogas plant and 4 children to be re-planted somewhere else. They were in the way to lower the ground level in front of the future compost plant.
Dead-wood-pile area: Cut down a sick Biriba tree with machete.
Old pigsty area: Sorting and cleaning in the former pigsty.
House area: We took the rotten wall of the guest house out. We built staircases for the patio. We took down the ceiling in the guesthouse and renewed the electricity where the water-tanks are.
