    Bicycle rental is a service provided by YUYO SRL, Ced. Jur. 3102864001, hereinafter “YUYO”.
    YUYO is the owner of the rental bicycles and equipment set forth in this rental agreement. To ensure that the bicycle and equipment is used properly and to ensure that each user behaves responsibly, and has the best possible experience, the renter agrees to:
  1. to be responsible for the care and return of the bicycle and accessories (locks, helmet, keys, etc.). Bicycles will be inspected upon delivery. They must be returned in the same condition as when they were rented, and the user will be responsible for any damage caused. In case of theft or loss of the material, the user shall be obliged to pay YUYO the amount of the stolen material.
  2. The user knows and undertakes to respect the laws and traffic regulations and is responsible for any damage caused (to himself or to third parties) as a result of any accident during the use of the bicycle.
  3. YUYO is not liable for any claims of any kind. The user is obliged at all times to properly lock the bicycles. In order to avoid theft, it is recommended to always lock the frame and wheel in fixed places.
  4. In case of theft of the bicycle, the lessor must pay the full amount of the bicycle.
  5. A deposit of 50 $ or 30000 CRC in cash per bicycle or 500$ or 300000 CRC per E-bike is required, which will be returned at the time of returning the bicycle once the condition is checked. In addition, a photograph of the renter’s ID card/driver’s license will be required. The deposit or deposit is in anticipation of possible damage, damage or non-return of the accessories that have been rented. Payment and deposit must always be made in full and in advance at the time of rental.
  6. No refund will be made for return before the time stipulated in the contract.
  7. Late return of the bicycle(s) will result in the payment of the corresponding fee.
