How to Setup Volunteers to reiceive Tasks via Telegram

  • Get their Telegram Number
  • set them up as a Telegram contact
  • Send them the following instruction: “How to connect your Telegram for tasks”
  • After volunteer sent Telegram ID to you (now set up is Stefan as recipient @mejorventura) this Telegram ID needs to be inserted into the Database-Table wp_finca_guests into field telegram_chat_id. Usually via Filezilla.
  • Go to WP-Dashboard -> Tools -> FWT-Telegram
  • There you will find a section Test-Task. Choose the volunteer out of Dropdown Menu and klick on Send Test-Task
  • You will receive an confirmation and can check that in the database.
